Abduction Without Justice

Killing of Lonfor Awa, CAMEROON OCCUPATION FORCES abducted a group of young Ambazonia men in Ntamulung in January, accusing them of being involved in selling dog meat. Lonfor Awa and another young man named Eugene were among those taken into custody. While some families successfully bailed out their relatives, paying a huge sum of money to the Cameroon Occupation Forces, Lonfor’s family faced repeated denial.

A Violation of HUMAN RIGHTS and INTERNATIONAL LAWS

Killing of Lonfor Awa. This case is a clear example of arbitrary killing, a grave violation of both Human Rights and INTERNATIONAL LAWS. It is unlawful to kill any individual in custody without due process. Every human being, regardless of accusations, has the right to a fair trial and protection under the Geneva Conventions and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

The actions of the CAMEROON OCCUPATION FORCES are not just unlawful they qualify as war crimes under INTERNATIONAL LAWS. The targeted killing of civilians and suspects without trial is fueling further unrest and deepening the armed conflict in AMBAZONIA. There must be International accountability and urgent intervention to stop these ongoing violations and protect innocent lives.
