
September 8, 2024, Bamenda, Mezam State, Ambazonia, Cameroon Occupation Forces targeted and killed Mr. T-Pain, an innocent civilian. The killing of Mr. T-Pain, a non-combatant, constitutes a blatant violation of International Humanitarian Law (IHL).
According to Article 3 common to the Geneva Conventions, violence against individuals not actively participating in hostilities is strictly prohibited. the abduction of Mr. T-Pain breaches these protections, violating his right to safety and immunity from harm as a civilian.

The deliberate targeting and abduction of Mr. T-Pain by Cameroon Occupation Forces represent a clear war crime under International Law. Article 8 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court explicitly classifies the intentional killing of civilians as a prosecutable offense.
